Seller Agreement
Purpose
This agreement is intended for sellers (“Seller”) participating on a future AgriLink platform operated by AgriLink AgroviaTech Limited (“AgriLink”). It does not mean seller onboarding or platform sales are currently available.
Seller responsibilities
When onboarding opens, sellers will be required to provide accurate identity and business details, keep listings current, describe products honestly, use genuine images where requested, and comply with applicable Nigerian laws and product standards.
Legal and safe products
Sellers must not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, misleading, or prohibited goods. Sellers are responsible for permits, registrations, certifications, or approvals required for their products.
Listing and fulfilment
Sellers must accurately state prices, quantities, condition, availability, and relevant storage or handling information. They should fulfil accepted orders as agreed and promptly communicate delays, shortages, or substitutions.
Verification
AgriLink may request reasonable documents to verify a seller, product, or listing. Verification is not a guarantee of product quality, legal compliance, or future performance.
Fees and payments
Any commissions, subscriptions, processing fees, settlement timing, or other charges will be disclosed in applicable onboarding terms before the seller is bound. This draft alone creates no fee.
Complaints and refunds
Sellers will be expected to cooperate in resolving complaints, delivery failures, and damaged-product reports under marketplace rules published when the service launches.
Suspension and termination
When operational, AgriLink may restrict or suspend listings or accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users, comply with law, or address serious breaches. Final terms should explain notice and appeal processes.
Intellectual property and data
Sellers grant only permissions reasonably needed to display and promote approved listings. Sellers must handle customer information lawfully and use it only for authorized transaction purposes.
Final terms and contact
A final agreement, including dispute handling, fees, seller obligations, and service levels, must be accepted before marketplace selling begins.
